Claims and complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be broken or incorrect when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to correct the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
If the product has been damaged in transport to you, you should contact the transport company that carried out the transport.

If we are unable to remedy the defect in a new or used item, or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The above applies to approved complaints. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.

Used warranty
The warranty on used products is 2 weeks (does not apply to goods sold on commission). If a used product is not covered by any warranty, this is stated in the ad.
The warranty covers faults that do not occur due to external influences. The warranty therefore does not cover, for example, moisture or impact damage. If we fail to remedy a fault that falls within the warranty, within a reasonable time or at a reasonable cost to us, we will refund you the money for the defective product. You must always contact us before returning an item.

If we consider the fault to be outside the scope of the warranty, the fault will not be rectified free of charge and we will not refund the purchase price or return shipping.
The item can then be sent back to the buyer against a new shipping fee that the buyer must pay.
